I have 2x 175 10k ushio bulbs and ballast and 2x40w T5 h0 actinic.

You should be okay provided your water parameters are stable and in the right places. With SPS you really need to be on top of your water quality.
As for your lighting, if you place them higher in your system they should be fine under 175w. Be prepared though, you may experience some color loss at first, but they should recover nicely. I think you chose nice peices, and with the timeframe for arrival, and I think you'll be ready to provide them an appropriate home.

Ya I chose the later time so my water Parliaments are good and so I have some experience wit LPS and Softies.
