Welcome to the hobby,
You should use your $90.00 to pick out some prime peices that would fit with your aquascape ideas and build up slowly. I have never seen live rock for under $4.00/lb so for your $90 you will only get about 22lbs of live rock. Some stores charge as much as $10/lbs in Edmonton. Good luck and safe reefing!! Will
