I would catch the remaining fish and put them in a small tank or rubbermaid tote and treat them with cupramine.

Your good to go then. Leave your tank empty for at least 5 weeks (longer is better), and quarantine everything going into your tank for the same length of time, there's no other way. Treating fish with hypo salinity in a quarantine tank is the easiest way to deal with it.
