![]() side cutters as far away from the heads as possible as the skeleton is very brittle and will shear off pieces... or remove it from your tank and use a dremmel... it'll be fine out of the water for a few minutes, then just epoxy them on to a piece of rock and you're done.

![]() At some of the larger aquarium supply online stores in the good ol' USA, you can get cutters called "Bone Cutting Shears" the are all stainless steel and are used in the medical field for removing digits (fingers and toes). They are sharp and angled well for cutting through skeletal bone without making a mess of things. They work great for doing frags!
