Island meet for frag/plant trade?

My offer of host is still open. I thought we had a tentative June date. I was just waiting to get a little closer so people would have a better idea of their schedules. Should we go ahead and formalize this thing-a-ma-jig?? If so, how would we like to pick the date. Offer a poll on every weekend day??? Suggestions??? I'm easier than a......... err never mind the last.
