I can tell from reading this post that you are all members of the government. They accomplish about the same thing at the federal, provincial and municipal levels, any and all parties.

No, if this were the gov-ment, they would have to hire a team of scientists to conduct a series of stuies to find out if it's economically feasable, and enviromentally friendly(they'll wave that with a fat contribution to their party-but still do the study of course) Then they would have to spend a few billion on a new ministry so oversee the whole operation. Then they would waste months arguing just how to do it in ottawa................
