Only the lovely people here on CanReef would consider a 260 gallon saltwater system built into the wall of their living room a 'feature' in a prospective house .
Every time I walk in to a house that is for sale, that is one of the first things I look for, that and I think to my self where can I build a in wall tank. My wife hates looking at new houses, with me now.
