I had 6' 10K VHO over my planted tank. This was supplimented by a 4' actinic. I really like the look of the whiter lights. Now I have 6500k over it.
Reasons,...$ the 6500K are $10 a tube. the 10k from J&Ls were $50? also plants are supposed to like the 6500K more. I haven't noticed a difference. 4pts
