Ok, take a deep breath. Don't freak out
All corals will retract when disturbed or under stress. Give it time to acclimatize. Just don't go touching or moving it around. It should come around in a couple of days at most. |

Yes, as with mushrooms, doughnut corals like low flow. Now don't touch it again
|

rippins right, touching it messes with it's slime coat and can cause stress.
