How about a hydroponics shop, Al brite lighting? Hey this may be a perfect time to upgrade to an electronic ballast.

yeah, everyone seems to have to order in.. crazy.. I thought this would be easier but it seems everyone has the capcitor for 400w only. 250w's are order ins..

Got it late today from Gescan. It takes about 15 - 20 secs before the bulb fires up tho. Not sure if that is an indication of anything?

If anyone knows if this is normal or not let me know. I don't need something blowing up
