![]() I have a squamosa clam that has not opened in about 3 weeks. It all started when my Co2 ran out for my calcium reactor, it took about a week to finally get it filled and up and runnig again. To this day it still has not opened up.
water parameters are fine. NO3 is nill, alk/ Kh and calcium are right on par. mg is perfect. I am just baffled as to why it will not open up. any ideas??? thanks Gord |

![]() I had the same thing happen. Clam was living with the same fish for months with no problems then one day it was closed and would only come an 1/8 " out. Turned out one of my fish decided to start pecking at it.
That would be my first bet.
