Default DT Phytoplankton

I just bought a bottle of DT Phytoplankton and added 30ml (as recomented) into my 90 gal tank. The water color changes to yellowish. Is this normal ? Thanks in advance...

I don't experience that when I add DTs to my system. I'm only adding about 10ml to my 30 gallon.

I've been doing that every single day for 2 years. I think it keeps my feather dusters/oysters alive...but I also think it has led to a population explosion of feather dusters in the sump and these small curly creatures...some sort of mollusk.

They've populated my CPR siphon so badly that it began to choke off the flow...I had to chip them out with a screwdriver.

So...the stuff works!
