tang feeding

about a week ago i bought 2 tangs, tomini, atlantic blue, half black mimic. all of them are doing really good. currently i have been keeping the nori clip full all the time to fatten them up and to get used to the tank a little easier. i have to fill the clip about every 2nd day. what is the norm for how often to feed nori. i also feed twice daily a small amount of mixed frozen mysis, spirulina brine, marine algae that they mowed down as well. but i was wondering if i'm feeding nori too much.

I feed mine a sheet per day on average. If they are fat, they are healthy.
