Would a majano anenome close up like a zoo polyp? When its closed it even looks like a closed zoo polyp. Maybe its just some wierd type of zoanthid.

Yes, if allowed to spread they can quickly take over your tank. And unlike aiptasia, peppermint shrimp won't eat them.
