Quite One Pump help

Hello,

I have the quite one 3000 pump, and I'd like to take it apart to clean it, however i dont have the instructions on how to take it apart... I am trying to take the grill off (where the water goes in) however, it doesn't seem to be budging, any hints? thanks!
