Coral Sand vs. Argonite

Hello,

I have seen discussion on what sand to use countless number of times. And all I have to say is that I'll just go use fine sand next time I start a tank.

Afterall, the tank wouldn't really need the buffering ability of the aragonite when it's properly maintained and well cared for. And yes, the tank must be in really bad shape if the pH is low enough to make use of that extra buffering capacity.
