Ya Ok makes sence now.This would work good in a breeder type tank,they're a bit wider than a regular tank,so the loss of a few inches wouldn't be so bad.

Tank looks good, I was thinking of using a white background on my new tank.

Yeah I'm sold on the white background. It still ends up looking quite blue anyway with the actinics and depending on the K of your main bulbs. I have 2 175watt mh bulbs in there, supposedly both 10K, but the one on the right looks more like a 14. Then 2 40watt flourescents, one actinic and one marine-glo.
