Another overflow question ??

1- How much flow can I andle trough my overflow that is 1,38" ??

2- If I make a durso stand pipe should it be 1,38" like my overflow or a little bit bigger ??

3- If my return pump is a mag12 will I loose to much flow if I devide my return in 2 ??
