Dude, I think thats a parrot fish. Parrot fish grow VERY big and usually don't do well in home aquariums when they grow larger. They eat/chew through live rock. They shouldn't be kept in aquariums imho. I would take it back to the store where you bought it and get your money back.

mabey you should take back your anemone because according to this your carpet anemone gets 1'8" if your powerhead didnt compleatly kill it that is.
