-> great condition, no leaks, no scratches, ~ 3 1/2 years old

15G Hagen tank as sump, fits nicely on stand, great condition, ~ 3 1/2 years old
-> acryllic partition siliconed in middle, Kent Float Valve installed

AquaC Remora Protein Skimmer, good condition, worked great
-> small crack in upper corner of collection cup, does not affect operation
-> comes with Eheim 1250 pump, good condition

All Glass PC Light Strip, 110W total over two 55W bulbs, good condition
-> bulbs are Coralife 10K, but are very old and should be replaced

175W MH DIY Light, TAR style ballast and DIY Ballast Box, Socket, and Industrial Pendant
-> no bulb included

WorkHorse5 Electronic Ballast, two pairs of VHO/HO End Caps
-> also included is a 55W 6500K PC bulb, SS clips, and endcap

DIY Power Centre mounted on a 18" x 24" piece of plywood

Kent Salt, two unopened bags plus one opened bag

5G Change Water tub, includes 50W Ebo Jager heater and old air pump/tubing/stone

New sand, medium and fine grain size, ~ 1/2 of a 5G pail

I have probably overlooked some of the smaller items. All of the above (with the exception of the tanks and stand) is packed into two large Sterlite containers, a smaller Sterlite container, and two 5G pails. Everything is clean and ready to go.

I am located in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, and a local sale makes the most sense. If I have to make a trip to the Lower Mainland area I can arrange to bring everything with me and we can work something out.
