Language and Text size question

I don't know why you'd have Spanish fixed because you definitely do have the option of changing it to English, which is working fine for all of us.

As for font size I don't think you can change that except to adjust your monitor resolution, or the DPI settings:
1) right click on your desktop
2) click Settings -> Advanced -> General
3) play arond with DPI setings.
