You do have it at one end and with no obstructions ?
then you have to fine tune the pulse. Start at the lowest setting then SLOWLY increase it until a wave is produced, waiting a few minutes between adjustments, do it slowly and be patient Being under the eurobracing shouldn't mater, at least it won't suck air

I got mine from Wendell. I think I'm getting there on adjusting it. How far down from the eurobracing is your water level ?
