Default Im starting a 45 gallon?
How much live rock and dry rock should i have to have a nice tank with 2 clowns, a flame angel, an urchin, and im also looking a royal gramma and a sand sifter to clean up some of the sand.

Do you need pretty strong lighting to seed the rock?
