Eric,
I think a dwarf lionfish and a snowflake eel would do pretty well in that size of tank. The snowflake eel may get to be a reasonable size but they arent active besides night time and when they get fed. Make sure you have a good skimmer as they can produce a fair amount of waste. Steve
