Sick Fish...HELP! (Newbie)

Hi again...re: my previous post

Here are my water test results.

Amonia- 0.6
(I have some products and have been trying to bring this down...I have "Cycle", "Prime" and "Amquel")

Nitrite- 0.1

PH- 8.4

KH- 90 mg/L

Salinity- 1.021

I will try and post a pic of my Naso Tang with his black marks ASAP.

As said before all other fish just appaear lazy and "sitting" on the ground in between my rock and just faded in color and some small whitish cloudy marks on fins (but again does not look like what I would know from freshwater as to be Ich (?)
