It's sad. I've tried to sign up there twice and still can't get my account to work. I get the email with my user name and password stating the account is set up but an administrator has to approve it, but never get approval. It's been 2 months since I first tried, and still no active account...

Hey DanG
I had the same problem, you need to resign in and when you scroll near the bottom it asks if you are under the age of 13, believe you have to click or tick it, so that the site allows you to become a member (if you don't do that the server thinks you are under age and won't allow you to sign in.)
Try that, hope it works....looking forward to seeing you in the forums

They changed forum software shortly after I signed up and now my account works.
