The picture does look "fishy" to me also.
But what do I know. If this is legit, I apologize and go along with others that mention perhaps the aquarium is to small for tangs, except very young ones and only for a limited time.
Something like a 20, with lots of rock and good but not overwhelming flow, is a decent first home for the loonie sized Regals that are farm raised. They can be trapped very easily in large reef aquariums with mega flow.
On the other hand, if this is a troll, I will evoke my evil "super moderator" powers.
