Looks like it is GSP spawning since looking around on the net alittle more - kinda neat looking - most posts say that they are very happy and just trying to take over the world lol - Turbinaria was just mentioned at the top of that post then the pic from sam lower down so i thought maybe my encrusting coral above my GSP caused the eggs = apparently not. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be a bad thing for the tank.

The coral above the GSP looks like yellow Porites. I have no idea how they spawn but I would imagine that the eggs would be off in the flow somewhere not buried in the star polyps. Pretty neat.
 I don't know if I'd want GSP taking over my tank in that fashion though
