Default is superglue ok in reef?

I just want to glue two small pieces of plastic. Only 2 or 3 drops will be used. Is that ok?

Cyanoacrelate super glue is used to glue frags on rocks. As long as the active ingredient is Cyanoacrelate (or however you spell it) you will be fine.

You want to be careful with super glue gel! Take it from someone that wasn't.

Indeed.. work with dry surfaces or you'll just find yourself with a huge mess. Wear gloves to be extra safe.. keep it off hard surfaces that will damage.. I used towels. It can get messy if not done properly.

when you guys say "super glue gel" do you mean the normal super-glue that you can buy from canadian-tire, walmart, dollar-store, etc. or is it a special brand for fish-tanks called "super glue gel"???

nope just super glue gel you get anywhere like canadian tire or london drugs. it's pretty much the industry standard for glueing frags to plugs. a little goes a long way.

so I guess the brand doesn't matter, just go to Canadian Tire and buy ANY superglue they carry!

Am I correct here? Please let me know.

Thanks
Fresh.
