That's great, thanks! Keep'em coming!
 We hear the Southwest is booming, and will probably look at buying/building in and around there. My wife has a job at Foothills hospitol and will drive to work, but I hear the traffic isn't that bad. Along with things to go and do, maybe thing to AVOID would also be helpful. Thanks.
