I use a variation of Bob Fenners recipe. It's in the book "Conscientious Marine Aquarist". My fish and inverts go nuts for this stuff and the ingredients are more common. I expect it feeds the corals as well, I don't target them specifically.

Anyway I will have to type it up cuz it's in my memory and we "lost" the book to a roommate, so let me know and I'll get it to you.
