Hi,

To those experienced working with acrylic, what do you use to cut big circular holes (3"-4") through a sheet of acrylic??? Thanks!!!

Danny, I use templates and a router. The templates are originally made on the router, or with hole saws for the smaller sizes.

Depending on your seriousness, :D there's a number of different ways:
1) router
2) jet
3) laser
