As stated in other threads in this new forum, the first FTOTM is slated for release in July. The FTOTM Committee is working diligently behind the scenes to make this a reality. As Danny says....

We still have a fair bit of work to do in setting up our first ever edition, but we're hoping not to take too long. Anything I can tell you at this point would be pretty vague, only that we are making good progress and that it will be something to look forward to in the future.
