Hey Tony,
I feed a pinch of freeze dried cyclopeeze flake every other day alternating with a pinch of formula 2. I also feed frozen marine cuisine (small chunk) once or twice a week, if the chunk is too big (sometimes I'm bad for that) I feed that twice and sometimes supplement it with one of the flake foods.
