Sounds like a win win situation for consumers.
 Allthough it might be sad to see the tallent leave one place to go to another, you can bet that the exellence that that person demonstrates has rubbed off on others and will make the LFS industry better as a whole. It would be nice to see these kind of people getting scooped up (At a decent sallary of course.) by some of the LFS that have nothing but uninvolved employees. Just my opinion though. And before I forget jws444, welcome to Canreef!
