Actinic T-5s I run 14 hours. 10000k PC I run 12 hours. I keep a lot of macro, snails &/or an Indonesian purple tang in the tanks so nuisance algae is not too bad.
Anthony On my hex, the 20000k T-5 might stay on till 2 am or whatever time I finally go to sleep.
