I lost a clown a few months ago and was pretty devastated. Jumped out of a gap in the lid.
Replaced quickly (1 week) with a tiny darker Clown. This clown constantly tries to bite my hand. He's small so no damage done but I'm pretty worried about when it gets larger. It's a love hate with some clowns. I got some great gloves recently https://www.amazon.ca/Coralife-Energ.../dp/B000255OEK so hopefully my troubles are over
