Don't worry about falling asleep at 11:30pm. When I worked & lived at West Coast Fishculture on Louise Lake, PR, I finished work @ 4:00pm, had dinner cooked, eaten & cleaned up by 5:00pm & sometimes fell asleep @ 8:00pm out of sheer boredom
