I used Salifert Flatworm eXit Aquarium Treatment, works great, I dosed twice and completely got rid of all the flatworms in my 30 gal.

I bought that as well. Just worried about poisoning my tank as I've got quite a large amount of them. So wanted to thin the population some before I used the treatment.
