Ideas on raising and lower a light rack

My ATI cables only need to be pulled upwards, and they lock while pulling.
Nothing fancy and no huge costs. Hold the cable lock and push the fixture upwards.
When lowering, all you do is push the release while supporting the fixture so they don't fall too fast.
