Thanks Maggie
You should see it at floor level - makes the front of the tank look as a grass field.
Once it outgrew the LR rubble it was on, I let it grow on the sandbed and then shaped it from there.
It's now just loose on the sand.

Thanks guys. I need to keep some movement in the tank to appease my wife - she likes the SPS colors but not the boredom.
I had Gord over last Tuesday and after a discussion I counted my 'nems. I wish I hadn't. I now have 13 and will need to deal with them soon ...

So, update.
I bought some new wet/fake rock from J&L

I plan on replacing this structure in a month or so, and selling it with all the encrusted bits, minus what I want to keep

Wow, I wish my sand was that clean! That water too. Great clarity.

Thanks Mr !!
And that's with no carbon or gfo, and no sand cleaning.
I balanced my PO4 with the addition of liquid nitrogen from Seachem and haven't had to add any since Jan '17. At that time I pulled my reactors out of the sump. I literally use/dose nothing to remove PO4 anymore.
