Any experience with CITES permit for personal coral from USA?

There are very few members here who have a complete understanding of CITES, a couple of which have posted in this thread.

Last I heard, the cost of a CITES permit was in the hundreds of dollars, so unless you're importing boxes and boxes of colonies, it's not worth it.
