I really feel sad hearing about this news as I am a dog lover. I don't see any problem with the animal, I think it should be the owner's responsibility to train his/her pet or secure it in a safe area wherein the dog can't harm anyone. I have seen a lot of negative news about dog attacks the past few months. I just hope that this law won't push through.
