MrHasan and I bought these controllers are nearly the same time. I'm amazed there is no interest at $400. I've had no issues at all with mine, and love it. You won't find these cheaper, I can tell you that.
I'm almost tempted to buy it just to run my fresh tank on it. Good luck with your sale! Its a nice little controller.
