|   Nice looking tank. When you figure the cost of labour and glass and other materials, not that expensive. Elos and Red Sea look for a LOT more $ per gallon than a local built tank. As said, is it Elos/Red Sea perfect? No, but you are not paying for that level of perfection. Charles

|   The hook for me was that there is no box inside the tank. The external overflow is huge. There is a small relief above each bank of teeth that would act as a 4 foot long weir should the teeth get blocked or overwhelmed. I can't imagine that scenario but that extra feature is there. |

|   I like the Synergy as well. And the plan is to run the inch and a half drains. If I find that the Beananimal is unstable with my return pump being in the basement I may reduce the full syphon drain to 1". |
