Water change

Before I did a water change I blasted all my rocks for detritus and the bottom of the tank. It stirred up a ton of crap that I mostly tried to catch with a filter sock.

2 days after my water change things are starting to settle down in my tank. GSP was fully closed and now a few heads are popping out again. Other corals were fully closed but just starting to coming out again too.

Did I stir up too much crap when I did this? Should I try and blast the rocks more often to avoid build ups?
