How much flow ?

So I've been messing around with a mp10 for a little while now but with nothing really to base if I have it high or not

Now I have a 8 gallon biocube style tank with a single mp10 about 20% down from the top of the tank set at 40% power , with some LR diffusing the water

I have mainly softies and lps and two clowns

Trying to keep the suncoral happy is why I started messing around with the speed and haven't really heard of anyone else ask the same question
