New idea ...

Vertical strips of glass on the left and right ends of the weir say 1/4" thick. These keep the weir running 100% as they will space the acrylic 1/4" away from the back glass (inside the overflow).
Next is some strips @ 90 degrees to the first strips. These hold the ends of the tooth sheet.
And lastly is some vertical strips @ 90 degrees to the second strips. These hold the tooth sheet in place against the second set of strips.

I like this idea so much I'm going to incorporate it into my upcoming build.
