You won't get an actual voltage convetor for $15-$20. $50 would be a good deal for something like that, but again unlikely it's needed.

After messaging fish street, they expressly said that without a converter, the LEDs will burn out.

I found one that I can use in any case...

Then found that the glass case around the led is shattered.
