That would be a lot of work. This isn't ebay; it's a forum run by volunteers. I think that over the years, if you stick around, you get to know the hobbyists in the area and develop a relationship based on trust. In extreme cases, where someone isn't paying (I seem to remember a fairly recent case) it may be worth alerting this forum.
